Terms and Conditions

Deposits/Payments
A deposit of £100 per week returned with booking form will secure the booking.The balance will be due 21 days before your holiday. If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
Please make cheques made payable to Mr B Ford.

Cancellation
In the unfortunate event that you will have to cancel your holiday, the deposit is not refundable and you will be responsible for the full amount unless the apartment is re-let. We do strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance.

Arrival and Departures
Apartments are available from 14.00hrs on the day of arrival until 09.30hrs on the day of departure.

Guests
The party shall be exactly as stated on the booking form only.

Parking

One car per apartment only.

No Smoking

For your comfort and safety , please do not smoke in the apartments

Pets - are not allowed on the premises

Electricity

By card meter minimumcharge £10

Breakages
We would like to point out that the hirer is responsible for any damages or breakage

The proprietors are relieved of all liability for any accident, loss or damage sustained by a visitor or visitors of their property, including motor vehicles however caused or sustained.
