Booking Terms and Conditions
Deposits
A deposit of £50 per week returned with booking form will secure the booking.The balance will be due 21 days before your holiday. If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
Cheques made payable to Mr B Ford.
Cancellation
In the unfortunate event that you will have to cancel your holiday, the deposit is not refundable and you will be responsible for the full amount unless the apartment is re-let. We do strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance.
Arrival and Departures
Apartments are available from 14.00hrs on the day of arrival until 9.30hrs on the day of departure.
Breakages
We would like to point out that the hirer is responsible for any damages or breakage.
Number of Guests
The party shall be exactly as stated on the booking form only.
Pets
A small pet is welcome by arrangement. Please bring their own basket or bedding, as pets are not allowed on beds or sofas. On no account must pets be left alone in the apartment. £ 15 charge per pet.
No Smoking
For your comfort and safety, please do not smoke in the apartments.
The proprietors are relieved of all liability for any accident, loss or damage sustained by a visitor or visitors of their property, including motor vehicles however caused or sustained.
